Unique Multi-Compartment Tank
Unlike a conventional water softener/filter, the WaterMax® has three separate compartments within the media tank. We are able to put several different medias in these compartments, allowing us to treat multiple water problems, all in one system! For example, with our WaterMax® model 62APQ, we can remove Sulfur, Iron, Hardness, Dirt, Rust and Sediment. All without the use of chemicals or air injection. You would need three or four conventional softener/filters to treat the same water!
Regenerates On Demand, By Calendar Or By Exact Water Usage
A low voltage 12 volt transformer powers the Systems Control and once it is programed, no other maintenance is required. In the event of a power outage, there is nothing to reset. The Systems Control keeps all settings and time of day, and it even lets you know if there is a leak in your household plumbing fixtures.
